To promote self-employment in youth, the Department of Higher Education, Haryana, in collaboration with Appworx IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd., has established 5 centers of Excellence in Government Colleges.

The objective of EKarma is to educate the unemployed Graduate/Post-Graduate youth of Haryana on the Freelancing platform like upwork.com, Guru.com, freelancer.com, and to generate the freelancing/Self Employment/Employment opportunities.

The EKarma program will cater to educate the unemployed graduates and aims to reduce the rate of Unemployment by encouraging self-employment through internet-based freelancing work Opportunities.

The project aims to provide 6 Months free training to potential freelancers to improve their skill set and support them in earning a sustainable income and attain growing financial mobility.
